Construction Materials Logistics and Transportation Project

Within the framework of this project, logistics operations and transportation of construction materials for multiple construction sites were organized. The main objective of the project was to ensure the safe, timely, and continuous delivery of materials such as sand, gravel, cement, bricks, metal structures, and other construction supplies.

During the project, suitable transportation vehicles were selected according to the type of cargo, routes were carefully planned, and delivery schedules were aligned with the construction phases. This approach helped prevent delays in construction processes, ensured stable material supply, and improved overall operational efficiency.

Additionally, loading and unloading operations, distribution across construction sites, and logistics coordination were professionally organized. This allowed construction works to proceed smoothly and according to schedule.
